Registration Form
Participants of all parts of the program need to register. Different fees are available, together with an option to apply for a Scholarship. If you are applying for Scholarship, please register for the conference after you are notified about the Scholarship. In case the Scholarship is granted, you will receive a code for free registration.
After registering, you can register for any workshop and tutorial free of charge. Registration for workshops and tutorials will be opened after the list of workshops and tutorials is finalized after 27 July 2021.
Registration fees
Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.
Method of payment: The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
If you are applying for scholarship please register after the scholarship aplication deadline 10 July 2021.
The registration fee for virtual attendance includes:
- Admission to scientific sessions
- Participation in the Career Fair and in the Hackathon
- Workshops and Tutorials
- Entrance to the virtual exhibition
- Access to all posters
- An electronic participation certificate (Certificate of Attendance)
Cancellations and Refunds
The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at womencourage2021_registrations@acm.org in the event of the cancellation or any change of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made within 60 days after the Conference. If you are unable to attend you may substitute another participant in your place by choosing the option when modifying your registration. Name change is possible until September 10 the latest.
The following cancellation conditions apply:

| before 20 August 2021: | full refund of the registration fee, handling fee of 20 EUR will be deducted |
| from 21 August 2021: | no refund |
