Round Table Flash Mentoring

Day 2 – 18 September 2025, 15:30–16:15

Format at a glance

  • 150 participants seated at 14 tables (10 participants per table)
  • 1 – 2 mentors per table
  • 6 – 7 minute rotations: mentors move to a new table each round to meet more participants
  • Guided prompts: colored question cards at each table to kickstart focused discussion
