Organizing ACM womENcourage 2025 at the University of Brașov, by three prestigious Romanian universities, underscores a collective commitment to fostering gender equality in technology and computing. Throughout the three days of the event, participants will engage in poster presentations, workshops, tutorials, hackathons, and career fair —all centered around the conference theme, Computer Science: A Catalyst for Educational Change. We are proud to present a thoughtfully curated program featuring an array of activities designed to engage and inspire. Highlights include a themed hackathon, stimulating workshops, insightful keynote speeches, and panel discussions on pressing and relevant topics in computing—all led by distinguished researchers and industry leaders. We are delighted to invite you to our Career Fair. This is a unique opportunity to connect with industry leaders, discuss potential career paths, and explore exciting new prospects.
If you are presenting a poster, please verify your assigned session on the Poster Sessions webpage. Workshop presenters are kindly asked to arrive at their designated rooms 15 minutes in advance to set up. All rooms are equipped with audiovisual facilities and Wi-Fi, and a volunteer will be on-site to assist you.
We are confident that our dedicated team of student volunteers will play an essential role in making this event a resounding success. Their enthusiasm, hard work, and commitment will ensure that every aspect of the conference runs smoothly, creating an engaging and inclusive atmosphere for all participants.
