If you are applying for a scholarship, please register for the conference AFTER you have been notified about the scholarship. In case the Scholarship is granted, you will receive a code for free registration as a scholarship beneficiary.

As long as the registration is open, you can update your registration to attend any workshop and tutorial free of charge.

These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.

Method of payment:

• The system accepts the following credit/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late); otherwise, the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.
The registration fee includes:

• coffee breaks for three days, lunches for three days, dinners for the first two days;
• admission to plenary sessions and panels;
• participation in the Career Fair and the Hackathon;
• attendance at the Workshops and Tutorials;
• access to poster sessions;
• receiving the electronic participation certificate (Certificate of Attendance).
