As the theme of this year is \u201c<\/span><b>Unmute Yourself, Grow Stronger Together. Listen to Your Inner Voice and Walk on Your Own Path for Well-being in Computing <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d, we encourage authors to explore how computing can empower wellbeing through:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Evidence-based tools<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Inclusive socio-technical systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Organisational practices that sustain healthy and creative work<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>All topics in Computer Science are welcomed!<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>The submissions will be evaluated based on the following criteria:<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Degree to which there is a fit to the theme of the conference.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How attractive the topic could be for womENcourage participants.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">How easy it is to understand the topic for a person from another field of Computer Science.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submission guidelines:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The authors should submit two PDF documents:<\/span>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(a) <\/span><b>the extended abstract<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The extended abstract should include\u00a0 the title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations, as well as provide concise overview of the research, and should not exceed two pages in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/proceedings-template\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACM format<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, including bibliographic references. LaTeX users must use the provided acmart.cls and ACM-Reference-Format.bst without modification, enable the conference format in the preamble of the document (i.e.,<b style=\"font-family: Consolas, Monaco, monospace;\">\\documentclass[sigconf,review]{acmart}<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">), and use the ACM reference format for the bibliography (i.e.,<b style=\"font-family: Consolas, Monaco, monospace;\"> \\bibliographystyle{ACM-Reference-Format}<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). The review option adds line numbers, thereby allowing referees to refer to specific lines in their comments.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"2\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">(b) <\/span><b>visual poster<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. The abstract submission must be accompanied by the visual poster. The poster should also include the title, authors\u2019 names and affiliations, and a visually compelling presentation of the research presented in the extended abstract. The poster might also include QR codes to link to online materials. The poster format is A1 and must follow the template available <a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/presentation\/d\/1Ym58nhQjYjthm0OKQ6vkjWA2V_2NHMg4\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=101589983064261623523&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">here<\/a>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submissions should be in English and fit the conference topics.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The submissions must comply with the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acm.org\/publications\/policies\/plagiarism-overview\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">ACM Policy on Plagiarism, Misrepresentation, and Falsification<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. But as there is <\/span><b>no proceedings<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (the posters will only be published at the conference website), feel free to present results that have already been published elsewhere.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Submission(s) should be made through <\/b><a href=\"https:\/\/womencourage2026-posters.hotcrp.com\/\">HotCRP\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Submissions can have multiple authors (of any gender). At least one author of each accepted poster is expected to attend the event and present the poster.
