• Participants who want to sign up for a 1 day pass only have to go through the non-member path.
• There is the possibility of buying a ticket for dinner for the accompanying person, 75 EUR.

Participants in all parts of the program need to register. Different fees are available, together with an option to apply for a Scholarship. If you are applying for a Scholarship, please register for the conference after you are notified about the Scholarship. In case the Scholarship is granted, you will receive a code for free registration.

During registration, you can register for any workshop and tutorial free of charge.

Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are final. VAT will be applied under current legislation.

Method of payment: The system accepts MasterCard, Visa, and American Express credit/debit cards.

Note: Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late). Otherwise, the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.

If you are applying for a Scholarship, please register after the scholarship application deadline.

The registration fee  includes:

• Coffee breaks for 3 days, lunches for 3 days, and at least one dinner
• Admission to scientific sessions
• Participation in the Career Fair and in the Hackathon
• Workshops and Tutorials
• Access to all posters
• An electronic participation certificate (Certificate of Attendance)

The registration fee  does not include:

• Optional dinner and activities for the third day will be paid for on-site during the conference.

Cancellations and Refunds

The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at womencourage2024_registrations@acm.org in the event of the cancellation or any change of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made within 60 days after the Conference. If you are unable to attend, you may substitute another participant in your place by choosing the option when modifying your registration. Name change is possible until June 10th at the latest.
