We would like to welcome you to the Career Fair, where you will meet company representatives from international and national companies and organizations who are recruiting women in technology.
In the career fair area, you will find a selection of our supporters representing private and public companies, large and small organizations, and opportunities in development, research, and education. The organizations seek a variety of skills, and we want to offer a stimulating environment in which to discuss your potential career paths.
Please make sure you visit the career fair during the conference. We hope this event can have a lasting impact on your career.

What?
- An exhibition where companies present themselves, explain their employment policies to achieve full equality for female engineers and collect your résumés.
Where?
- The career fair will take place in the hall on the first floor of the Auditorium.
When?
- The scheduled date and time for the career fair is Friday June 28th from 10:30 to 13:00, although some stands will be available afterwards.
Why?
- To learn about potential employers
- You are invited to PLAY A QUIZ with us and win a little gift.
Career Fair Quiz Instructions
- You can play the game individually or in teams of two.
- Pick up your career fair passport at UC3M’s womENcourageTM booth.
- Visit each booth; introduce yourself and ask about job opportunities and optionally drop your resume or contact data.
- Each booth will stamp a different letter on your passport.
- Once you’ve collected all the letters, you’ll have to come to UC3M’s womENcourageTM stand to try and solve a little quiz using the letters.
- First contestants to solve the quiz win a little gift.
- There’s no second chance, sorry.
- Don’t share your solution with anyone else.
- Have fun!
