Different fees are available, together with an option to apply for a Scholarship. If you are applying for Scholarship, please register for the conference after you are notified about the Scholarship. In case the Scholarship is granted, you will receive a code for free registration.<\/p>\n<p>During registration, you can register for any workshop and tutorial free of charge.<\/p>\n<p>Fees are quoted in EUR. These prices are\u00a0<strong>final<\/strong>. VAT will be applied under current legislation.<\/p>\n<p><b>Method of payment:<\/b>\u00a0The system accepts the following credit\/debit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong>\u00a0Payments must be received by the corresponding deadlines (early or late), otherwise the subsequent rate will be automatically applied.<\/p>\n<p>If you are applying for scholarship please register after the scholarship application deadline.<\/p>\n<p><strong>The registration fee\u00a0 includes:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coffee breaks for 3 days, lunches for 3 days, dinners for the first 2 days<\/li>\n<li>Admission to scientific sessions<\/li>\n<li>Participation in the\u00a0Career Fair\u00a0and in the\u00a0Hackathon<\/li>\n<li>Workshops and Tutorials<\/li>\n<li>Access to all posters<\/li>\n<li>An electronic participation certificate (Certificate of Attendance)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>The registration fee\u00a0 does not include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>optional dinner and activities for the third day that will be paid on site during the conference<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Cancellations_and_Refunds\"><\/span>Cancellations and Refunds<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p>The Conference Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail at womencourage2023_registrations@acm.org in the event of the cancellation or any change of the registration. Cancellation by phone call will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made within 60 days after the Conference. If you are unable to attend you may substitute another participant in your place by choosing the option when modifying your registration.
